Wade Ford offers four plans designed to minimize your exposure to the high costs of auto repair. For each plan, you pick the deductible and coverage term. And while you are always encouraged to return to Wade Ford for repairs, you may always use any licensed repair shop of your choice. Each of these plans is a vehicle service contract that works like and extended warranty for your car, truck, or SUV.
TotalCare® is EasyCare's premier product (the choice of over 92% of our customers), and the ultimate worry-free repair warranty. It's ideal for car owners who want full protection, for their new or previously owned vehicle. It covers virtually all of your car's mechanical and electrical components (except for routine maintenance items such as wiper blades, light bulbs, etc.), as well as tires and wheels.
TotalCare® has everything that StatedCare covers, plus much more, including coverage for more than 100 additional components. With TotalCare, components like Brake Light Switches, Hood and Trunk Latches, headlamp motors and many others are covered. This plan is ideal for car owners who don't want to pay for auto repairs.
StatedCare - This comprehensive repair plan includes the PowerCare and PrimaryCare covered items, and extends protection to the suspension, steering and electrical systems, and high tech/convenience group. In fact, StatedCare covers such high-tech items as Speed Sensors and Oil Pump, Supercharger, Power Window Motor and Regulators, and a whole lot more. It also covers tires and wheels.
PrimaryCare - This basic repair plan includes everything covered under the PowerCare plan, plus extends coverage to components of the air conditioning and heating systems, braking, fuel and cooling systems.
PowerCare - This major components repair plan protects the most critical parts of your car: the engine, transmission, and drive axle. PowerCare also picks up seals, gaskets, taxes, and fluids - So if the heart of your car fails, you're covered.
EasyCare® plans cover the cost to repair or replace covered parts that fail after the manufacturers' warranty expires. All plans come with 24/7 Roadside Assistance, Rental Car Reimbursement, and Towing Reimbursement. Both StatedCare and TotalCare also feature free Wheel & Tire Road Hazard Coverage and Trip Interruption Expense Reimbursement.
EasyCare® Extended Warranty Plan Benefits
EasyCare knows that there are both hidden repair costs and security concerns when cars need repairs. That's why each EasyCare extended warranty plan comes with important benefits designed to protect car owners and their wallets.
All warranty plans include Roadside Assistance, Towing, and Rental Car Reimbursement. TotalCareTM and StatedCareTM also include Trip Interruption and Wheel & Tire Protection
These driver benefits, and the extended warranty, are transferable to the new vehicle owner, when you sell your car. Of course, you can also easily renew your EasyCare plan. EasyCare offers a wide variety of coverage and benefits. Please see your contract for details of your coverage.
With EasyCare®, you don't have to worry about being stuck on the side of the road alone. Each EasyCare extended warranty comes with 24/7 Roadside Assistance, covering the following:
- 24-Hour Toll-Free Emergency Dispatch
- Emergency Towing (even if needed as a result of a non-covered repair)
- Battery Jump-Start
- Fuel Delivery
- Flat Tire Service
- Lockout Service
Roadside Assistance services are effective for the entire length of your EasyCare vehicle service contract. They are provided by Road America. If you need Roadside Assistance, please call: (800) 538-4181, option 1.
For a covered repair, you will receive towing reimbursement of up to $65 per occurrence. If you choose to tow the car to the Wade Ford, you will be reimbursed reasonable towing charges up to $100 per occurrence.
Rental Car Reimbursement
For a covered repair, you will receive rental car reimbursement of up to $35 per day, for up to 6 days. Upgrade Option: Up to $50 per day for up to 6 days (surcharge required). All EasyCare extended warranties include rental car reimbursement.
Trip Interruption Coverage
If you are at least 50 miles from home, and your car is disabled from a breakdown of a covered part or a covered mechanical failure, you will receive reimbursement for food and lodging, up to $100 per day for up to 3 days. (Only on TotalCare and StatedCare).
Tire & Wheel Coverage
With EasyCare® contracts offering tire and wheel protection*, you will be reimbursed for the replacement of tires and wheels damaged by glass, metal punctures and other road hazards. Your tires must have at least 3/32" of tread depth at time of blow out or flat for coverage. (Wheel & Tire Protection is included with TotalCare and StatedCare).
